I am looking for a room to rent, on a month to month lease or rental agreement. I have a unique situation that needs understanding. I am a 49 yr old woman, separated from husband who resides in AZ. All my children are grown up and live on their own. I'm quiet, and considerate, I like my place clean and tidy. I do have one male, neutered, cat. I am currently awaiting a hearing to see if I am approved or denied for ssdi. If there is by chance of one room being on main floor that would best,
