Hey, im Courtney! Im a health enthusiast! Non smoker, so please don't apply if you smoke, even if its outdoors only. It is a 3 bedroom house, i will have a room mate come in may maybe earlier, so rent will go down to $400! You will have to sign the lease in the beginning, but after the other room mate moves in you are more than welcome to go to month to month if you would like. It is a beautiful house, with large porch and screened in porch. Utilities not included. This home is in Hampstead.
