It is a four bedroom two full-bathroom house with a decent sized front and backyard. It is less than a couple miles from the beach, and is nicely located just a block away from Newport Harbor High School. (the house is seriously at a great location!: triangle square, the high school, freeways, the BEACH, bars/restaurants) The following house areas are shared: KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM, BACKYARD, BBQ). Furthermore, the house is located in a great neighborhood and we have very good neighbors.
