I’m a laid back open minded animal lover looking for the same. I live on 19acres in La Veta CO. Perfect views & close to everything an active outdoorsman would love. The 2b/2b trailer is old & needs work, I’m unable bc of health, so someone who’ll jump in & help w/ minor repairs would be a plus.
