I have one bedroom possibly two bedrooms available. It's a 4 bedroom house with decent size backyard. I'm a single male and currently have one other roommate that's a 26 year old female. Looking for one or possible two more roommates. It's in a nice friendly neighborhood about 5 mins off of 316. No security deposit required a months notice before moving out. Like someone who at least is looking to stay for 6 months. Smoking cigs outside no inside smoking. 420 friendly I quit but understand.
