About this household
I have a newly remodeled studio apt in basement of my house in the Concordia area of inner NE. It has its own entrance and a fireplace. The kitchen is an efficiency one, meaning no oven. Bathroom is large shower and brand new. I am asking $800/month and that is including utilities. Apt may be partially furnished or not. It is no smoking/or outside and no pets.
