Hi! I live in a two bedroom condo in a quiet,safe neighborhood near the parkway east on the Wilkinsburg/Churchill border. You are renting a room yes, but you have full use of the whole place. Laundry, kitchen, livingroom, dining room, 1 1/2 baths. It is also only a couple of blocks to Penn Avenue where the buses run to Oakland and Downtown Pittsburgh. The cost is 600.00 per month and I require the last months rent as security. 1/2 of utilities a month will run approx. 75.00 per tenant.
