Prefer to smoke inside, but outside only is OK. I rarely drink because I am so busy, but I don't mind being around it. I'm very tidy but can handle less tidy people as long as it is not extreme. Major parties are OK as long as they are only once in a while. I frequently have 3-5 people over but we're usually very quiet. No pets is OK, but I would like to get a dog soon. Rent Max is about $300 w/o utilities, $500 w/ utilities. Girl or guy roommate is fine.
