Very nice, quiet neighborhood next to golf course in Ewa Beach. The 2nd bath (yours) has washer and dryer in it which will be available for your use (only time I will go in there is for laundry needs.) Small back yard. Smallish dogs ok, but must be able to socialize with my chihuahua mix. No cats (allergic.) Room in garage for 1 vehicle. Access to community pool included in rent. Third bedroom is an office which would also be available for use if so desired. Flexible on rent if able to assist with household upkeep.
