Professional 48 year old male looking for a room to rent for the next 6 months. Can pay first and last month's rent along with security deposit up front. Former college professor taking on work out of town. I will be working 2nd shift, from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. Am extremely quiet and keep to myself. Don't drink, smoke, and absolutely no drugs.
