I have one bedroom and one private bathroom for rent. This includes your gas electric water sewer and trash. I travel for work so I'm only here part-time in the winter. I'm usually here full time during the summer. I like boating and camping. I have no pets. There is a two-car garage and you will have one parking spot there and storage. My single family home is closed to shopping, parks and restaurants. Very walkable. Indoor laundry, gas stove and oven. Private bedroom and private bathroom.
