Very nice home on Wolf Lake 10 mins to MCC or Baker.Upstairs room has a deck overlooking the lake.The room has a flat screen TV with Roku. I will deduct from the rent for any help around the house.I live downstairs so the room upstairs is very private with attached bath.As my daughter visits periodically from TX and uses the other room attached to the bath, I would prefer a female in the room.If you have cat allergies, I do have a cat and don't want other pets. Non-smoker only. Garage is avail.
