I will probably be able to lower the rent with having more roommates. I am renting this house from friends of mine who just moved to Texas. Theres still some of their things in the house, some furniture, tv, microwave, stove, hot tub(not sure if it can be used or not), and some beds. They have decent regulations as to what happens in their house, no big parties, no alcohol drugs or smoking. Still getting the utilities dealt with and I'm trying to make it to where the price of the utilities wont
