Hello. My name is William Mallory. I'm 28 years of age. I'm a very down to earth person unless people do wrong to the one's I love. I'm looking to find a room to rent hopefully by the 1st of July. If I have to sign a lease I strongly prefer to sign a month to month but am willing to sign up to a 3 months lease in case you need or want me to leave for any reason.
