Summary

61 yo college educated man currently on SSI but working to get off it. Quite, laid back, friendly, smoker but only outside, stay mostly in my room, very clean in the common areas but let my room go a bit. Looking for a good size room, need internet. Getting back to work as soon as finish my continuing education as Financial Consultant teaching people how money really works and how to get the most of what they earn and prepare for life's stumbling blocks. I will be working remotely.
