I am very easy-going, down to earth, and personable, get along well with most anybody, am respectful of others, quiet and neat, very easy to live with. I have 2 adult daughters and 7 grandchildren, all of whom live in Tennessee so I do love family, kids, and also love pets. I am on limited disability income and am in desperate need of a room to rent for an affordable price that will include utilities.
