Summary
I would prefer a house over an apartment, but either is acceptable. I do not have any preferences gender, race, or sexual orientation preferences in a roommate, but would prefer no smoking (especially no weed). Closer to the Gainesville Forest Service Office would be nice, but not required. I do not currently have a pet, but would like to get a dog, so pets being optional would be preferred, but again, not required. Thank you!
