Hi, my name is Bill. I'm here on a job assignment for next 2 years with NRC. Work 4 10 hour days in Hematite Mo. Go home to Oak Ridge TN two weekends a month. Need a place with reasonable rent, I'm 48, and a smoker, (can always smoke outside!). Willing to help roomate / Owner with yard work, and handyman repairs if needed. I'm a quiet person and get along with most people and enjoy my off time by being a couch potato. Can pay cash when rent is due if owner/ roomate prefers it.
