I have a nice size room for rent in a single family home. It has its own separate bathroom. The room is on the opposite side of the master bedroom, so there is a lot of privacy. We can share the common area. I will be painting the room a neutral beige color. I keep a very clean home and would like someone with a similar outlook. No pets or smoking. This home is located in the best subdivision in Covington. No commercial vehicles allowed. Off street parking.
