Student wanted to rent furnished room in home about 5 min drive from campus! rent is 300+ utilities, 300 security deposit. 12 month lease. no pets. House is owned by my father, so I will be living there as well as another girl. House offers washer/dryer, off street parking, private fenced in back yard, security system, and lots of common space!
