Hi my name is Hannah Grant! I am also attending my third year of school. I will be studying Art Education at App State. The rental is a cozy, newly renovated space with two bedrooms With washer/ dryer and majority of kitchen appliances included! Apartment is close to campus and local stores such as Walmart & Publix (all within walking distance). Utilities are not included and wifi is separate. The lease is cosigned. I am actually looking to fill this space, since I have a new living situation.
