Looking for a roommate with a full time job to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the Clearwater area.Rent includes all utilities, wifi and cable, water garbage. I am retired and home most of the time. I am very thoughtful, very clean (I keep my apartment immaculate and expect the same of my roommate). I have a small cat. Looking for a roommate that is quiet, thoughtful, non-smoker, social drinker, not a party animal. A roommate that will rarely have guests, particularly overnight guests.
