I'm very easy going... extremely respectful of other people's privacy and properties. I have lived with many female roommates and can provide references if needed. I keep a very neat room and always make my bed before leaving the house. common areas are always kept clean as the owner expects it to be. Always smiling and I'm very handy around the house if things need to be fixed. All except plumbing LOL ;)
