I am a self employed landscaper who also plays and writes music on guitars. I do not need to be loud and I like right minded people to associate with. I need a place to build a landscaping business and when I get it to a comfortable level, I'll likely move out unless the place is better than I thought. I need a little space to create, do business and network. I have referrals and support from potential investors. I prefer to do this on my own. I am on the go frequently.
