The place is a split house between upper and lower. The lower apartment, which is what is being advertise, is a big apartment with three bedrooms, a big living room, kitchen and clean bathroom. The house has a washer / dryer in the basement and has a driveway for parking. We have a cat. The house is 5-10 minute walk from UB South Campus. Utilities is about $50/month.
