Monthly Rent is $800 Total. We can negotiate price for each of us. Two bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms. Duplex in a neighborhood about a 3 minute drive to campus/downtown. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs is a living room, storage closet, kitchen, washer/dryer, and half bathroom. We have a backyard as well. Will send pics of the inside if you are interested.
