The room hasn't never been rented before I've stayed here for 3 years now by myself and things have gotten a lil stressful by myself. If interested we can agree or negotiate rent. Nothing against males only willing to help a woman at this point right now to see how things go.I'm a humble person I usually stay to myself, I don't want any drama or unknown individuals inside the place just yourself or close parents visiting.
