It’s a fun house to live in. The house is large enough for each to have our own space. While there is currently furniture in the rentable bedroom, I am flexible if someone wants to bring their own furniture into that room. I usually am not home a lot during the week and need to know that my roommate is trustworthy. I need someone who is mature, responsible and knows how to express frustrations openly and calmly. I will a background check, as well.
