Room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house in a neighborhood near Lexington. Located about 10-15 minutes from USC campus. The 2 females already living there are students. We would love to find another student to live with us. However, that is not a necessity. Features: Full kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, living room, washer and dryer, fireplace, walk in closet. Would have to share bathroom with one other female roommate. Utilities include power, water, high speed internet.
