I am looking for a roommate that would like to move into the 79C apartments with me downtown. It’s a super nice area and utilities are included in the rent. I haven’t moved in just yet but the unit will be available soon (in early January). We would split the bill completely 50/50, and that comes out to be a little over $500. I work full time and go to school full time. I’m a very chill person who also likes to have a good time. This will be my first time getting a place and having a roommate. I always take care of my bills on time (if not a little early) so that’s never an issue. I enjoy cooking, game nights, and occasional social gatherings but nothing too wild. ?? let me know if you think we’re a match!
