My sister and I are looking for a third roommate to live in either a townhouse or a duplex with a fenced in backyard. Both of us have dogs so we need to live with someone who likes animals. Preferably a non smoker or at least someone who is ok with smoking outside. Also, would like someone who is responsible and not a huge partier.
