My name is Brian. I am 26. Looking for a small, affordable place to live. I am extremely busy during the school year. I coach a high school basketball team, attend college, give guitar lessons & work part time. I would like a quiet place to study and work - preferably a studio apartment, guest house, or a rented room in a nice family's home. I am quiet, respectful, and easy to get along with. I do not smoke and I have no pets. I will not have many visitors except for my girlfriend occassionally.
