Private Upstairs and bathroom. Close to the beach. Must love dogs. I need a trustworthy preferably busy roomie who is tidy and reliable to pay rent and take care of my home. I don’t throw parties and not looking to have someone who wants guests over all the time. My house is my sanctuary and I come home from work to find a clean peaceful quiet home. Also to get snuggles from my pup.
