Room with private bathroom available in a 3x2. Nice pool, 2 gyms, and fire pits to enjoy the awesome Florida weather. There are two roommates, they are both female and would prefer a female roommate. They are sweet, respectful, and clean; this is a very chill and homey environment. They are also both ERAU students. This apartment comes fully furnished with a bed w/ mattress, a dresser, desk, and nice desk chair. I can be flexible and work with you on move-in dates.
