About this household

I have a four bedroom condo located in Laramie, Wy in Sunchase Village. The rent fee is all inclusive including utlilities, internet, tv, off street parking, snow/trash removal and access to the exercise facility. All items in the condo are furnished including washer, dryer, and all other appliances. You would only be responsible for your personal bedroom setup. The lease will run for 12 months beginning in June. There is no down payment. Female, dedicated students only.
