About this household

I'm seeking 1 roommate to rent out the empty bedroom in my 3-bedroom house. Currently there are two of us, both UW students. Roommate has a dog so no more pets allowed unless in a cage. Lease starting in January with a 6-month minimum but end date is flexible to a point. Rent is $475 including utilities. Has a dishwasher, washer, and dryer all included as well. But wifi is separate.
