Acreage2020

I am looking for a roommate to share a beautiful home on 5 acres located south and west of Newton, IA. I am only looking for a semi-permanent person. It’s a spacious home with modern updates. I am a 49yo male working as a heavy equipment mechanic. I like my home clean and will not settle on this. The rent is negotiable if you want to help with yard work for a certain number of hours. Smoking is ok in the sunroom. NO HEAVY DRINKERS, PARTIERS, OR TROUBLE MAKERS. Please text **** Thank you
