Great Duplex right on DePauw University campus. 2 bedrooms (1 for you, 1 for me), shared bath and kitchen. Hardwood floors and fireplace. Cellar type basement (for storage). Digital Cable. Rent does not include cable, phone, or electricity but would probably add about $100. Looking for a quiet but friendly female roommate- I am a busy, reasonably neat, quiet teacher. Email me with your name and phone number and we'll discuss! Thanks! Pictures will be posted soon!
