2 rooms are available! Both rooms have a brand-new lighted fan installed, new paint and new blinds. All utilities are included in this price along with full use of the kitchen, washer and dryer, spa horseshoe pits, and fire pit. The neighborhood is pretty quite and the neighbors are nice. I am easy-going and have a full-time job. I have a little Lab-mixed female puppy. If you do have a dog, my puppy is very active and loves to play. I have company over now and then but not too often.
