Hello! I am a college student currently subleasing a room at Campus Crossings Riverside! It is a 2bed 2bath shared apartment with 3 female roommates as well. The rent is 552 a month plus additional utilities. If you are still interested please note that the application fee is 55 and an additional 100 security deposit. Pets are allowed as well, but an additional 400 pet deposit is required! You do not have to be a college student to rent! Female applicants are required as well! Thank you!
