About this household

I'm offering a room in my apartment for 450$, utilities not included in that. I study and work part time, so I'll be home rather often; that being said, several nights a week I'll be at my girlfriend's place. I obsessively play piano and guitar so I hope you're a music lover. I never throw parties and I consider myself an extremely relaxed person. I truly don't care about cleanliness so we can do whatever you prefer; are you messy? cool. Are you a neat freak, also cool, we'll keep it clean.
