Hi, I will be moving and my apartment will be available for rent from April 15th. It's a two bedroom 2 bath apartment at 1960 Wyoming Avenue. You will have your own room with your bathroom and all other spaces are shared with a roommate (who lives here already). She is really nice and we are looking for someone to move in when I'm gone. She would prefer a female roommate. The apartment is already furnished with the exception of your bedroom and bathroom. So the items in the bedroom and bathroom pictures are not included. The rent is $580 in total but is split in half so you will pay $290. You only pay electric,wifi and gas which is also split in half and is usually not much.
