About this household
I'm looking for a female roommate to take over my lease starting August 16th. Rent is $620 a month plus an additional $20 a month for electricity and gas. The security deposit is $350. All the roommates are female ages 19-20, and they're students at CSU. They're all nice and fairly clean. They spend most of their time studying, but they may have guests over frequently.
