Less than a mile off the FSU campus. The bathrooms have been newly renovated. The stadium is a mile to the west. Most of the clubs and bars are only a mile down the road on Railroad Ave. It is the best location. The bottom floor is the living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, and the stairs lead to the upstairs where there are 2 rooms each with its own bathroom.
