About this household

I have 1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Bathroom would be shared with one other girl and living and kitchen areas are shared. I have 2 dogs that live with me, no other pets please. All utilities are split that includes electricity, water, internet and trash. Looking for a clean respectable person who pays on time. Rent due at first of the month. I also have a huge shed outside for storage if needed.
