I have a 3 bedroom 2full bath modular house built & set up last year North East of Flagstaff. So there are choices. I do the cleaning of shared bathroom. Would prefer to rent just the rooms & baths with just laundry privileges. Although we can discuss that. The monthly rent listed includes utilities & is for the large bedroom with private bath.
