My partner and I are searching for a roommate in our quaint and clean farmhouse in N Ft Collins. You'll have a private room and bathroom and guaranteed snuggles with our 2 large and super sweet dogs- so you must love dogs! No more pets- sorry. Huge yard! Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and drama-free, like ourselves. Rent is $509 plus a share in utilities. Must make 2x full rent (so $3050 per month) or have cosigner. You'll have to do credit check and go through our landlord.
