Hi, I have a room I'm looking to rent in my home in Mesquite, TX. My home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I'm renting it on a 4 or 6 month lease to see how it works. It is $450 a month unfurnished, all bills paid ($500 a month furnished). This includes high speed internet, cable, etc. Also access to common areas like the kitchen and laundry.
