Rent includes all bills. 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo. Two story. Bedrooms on top floor. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom with shared living space. Washer and dryer in unit. New fridge and dishwasher. Patio and private small yard off the back. I work a lot and am not home a lot. I do have a cat. I'm pretty laid back and quiet.
