Hi I’m Hector!!!, SFA student, work 2 jobs and have a dog. I’ve got a 2 bed, one bath. Renting one bedroom of course. Only bills NOT included are light and internet. Which both together round up about never more than $100 extra each. So $400 total each ( everything included ) I’m honestly pretty chill and down with anything most of the time.
